When we first got the ball and showed it to our dog, she was not interested. It was hard and not easy to play with. But, then we added the yellow cover and Oh My Gosh, What A Difference That Made! She is now chasing and playing with it and the fact that it will shut itself off and restart keeps her interested. It is a well made, strong, and interesting dog toy that I think most dogs will love.

This product is perfect for active dogs. It keeps my dog busy and entertained the entire time. Definitely not the best for aggressive chewers. However, if your dog is a chewer, the fact that the on/off switch is covered by a silicone insert rather than having to screw open the ball is a game changer! It makes it last so much longer in case the dog damages the screw off mechanism. If it does get damaged, there is a 1 year warranty where they offer 100% free exchanges for any quality issues. I accidentally broke the ball and all I had to do was message their customer service and they replaced it right away. Highly recommend this dog toy!

It’s a great toy that will keep any animal interested!I have bought every interactive ball there is on the market and this product is by far the best of the best.It bounces with or without the cover, however with the cover on; it makes “Bella” a 12 lb PSD feel as if she has conquered her prey because she is able to pick it up by the outer covers tab (that comes with it) and shake it around with only a slight touch of her paw to turn it back on.The charge on it last forever, the noise level when playing with it on the carpeting is non existent and it’s hard as a rock so you can throw it like a bowling ball to be chased down. Last but not least, warranty on this is for one year and when it would no longer take a charge after14 months the seller of the same sent out a new one immediately upon receipt of the return on the original ball. I’m sure you will agree the art of Customer Service has been lost for quite sometime now! Who the hell does that anymore?Can there be improvements made, most certainly,if this ball was produced in the exact same way, keeping the crazy ball bouncing and these 3 changes;A bit softer,A bit smaller,with a squeaker inside,This would be the top selling dog product in the US.
